MEET ISABELL MIGIZI
EDUCATION & TRAINING
I trained at a local teacher’s college in Kitale and began teaching immediately after at Elevation academy kitale in
2018 to date.
CURRENT ROLE & IMPACT
I teach grade 1-3. My daily joy is helping children learn their letters and numbers. with about 40 students in each class.
PERSONAL INTERESTS & HOBBIES
Outside the classroom, I enjoy
weaving baskets, which sometimes helps me earn a little extra income.

BACKGROUND & CALLING
I grew up in a small Kitale village where my teachers inspired me deeply. Their care carried me through hardship, and I knew I wanted to do the same for other children.
PASSION & TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I teach science in the lower classes. I love showing children how simple things in our environment can explain big ideas.
CHALLENGES & NEEDS
Our class has no toys, crayons, or proper play materials. Children have to use stones and sticks as learning tools.
DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE
I dream of building a proper classroom with storybooks and child-friendly learning materials.
